Construction joints are gaps or spaces that are deliberately left between building components or structures to allow for movement, expansion and contraction. Properly designed and constructed joints are vital for ensuring the longevity and durability of a structure. However, construction joints are susceptible to water ingress, which can lead to significant structural damage over time. To address this issue, we have developed a range of polyurethane and acrylic based specialty resins, foams and gels that are specifically designed to seal construction joints and prevent water ingress.
